Training

Come along to one of out training sessions and give athletics a go.
(Membership and Training fees apply)

So long as you are aged 10 or over you will have the chance to try
most of the different athletic events. You can decide on which events
that you are interested in and concentrate on those or even specialize in just one.

Our coaches are trained and graded in accordance with UKAthletics guidlines,
so you can be sure that they have the ability to improve your athletic skills
