Fostering People Too - Braintree 5 Sponsorship Update - 10th Dec 2009

Braintree & District Athletic Club announce the first major sponsor for the Braintree 5, the new 5 mile road race to be held on 28th March 2010. In view of our involvement with children in sport, it is fitting that we are working with Fostering People Too on our race.

Brendan Warner of Fostering People Too is looking forward to this association. He said:

"Fostering People Too go the extra mile for children in care, so we are delighted to be working with Braintree & District Athletic Club on their inaugural 5 mile road race. Our common ground is we both help people, particularly children, in the community, so we have many common aims. We are a local Independent Fostering Agency that gained an Outstanding Ofsted report
We are always looking for people and families to provide caring supportive homes for children and young people who desperately need some stability in life. Our foster carers come from all walks of life and enjoy working as part of a successful team. We pride ourselves on the encouragement and support that we give to our carers
